Prasanna Parthasarathy

Chief Executive Officer

Prasanna Parthasarathy is the Chief Executive Officer of Medvantx, and has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, spanning medication management, supply chain, diagnostic imaging, and information technology. As the CEO of Medvantx, Prasanna has led the transformation of the company's pharmacy operations, leveraging technology and innovation to deliver exceptional customer experiences and world-class healthcare services. Under his leadership, Medvantx has become a trusted partner for pharmaceutical companies globally, offering solutions that improve patient adherence, outcomes, and satisfaction. Prior to joining Medvantx, Prasanna was an Operating Partner with Windrose Health Investors, a healthcare private equity firm. He led various investment opportunities across the medication management sector and was a Director on the board of Terrapin specialty pharmacy and VTM diagnostic technologies. Prasanna passionately leads as a board member of NeedyMeds who's mission is to provide critical resources and support to those in need. Previously he spent 13 years with Becton Dickinson and CareFusion Inc., where he held various executive and leadership roles across hospital, retail, and LTC medication and supply chain management solutions, including leading the $1B+ Dispensing businesses globally. He also spent eight years at GE Healthcare, working across Healthcare IT, Monitoring Solutions, and Diagnostic Imaging businesses. Prasanna holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras, India, a Master’s in Computer Engineering from Marquette University, and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Chicago.

Kurt Browning

Kurt Browning is our Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 15 years of experience in accounting, finance, and corporate leadership to the Medvantx team. He is highly accomplished with an impressive track record of success; not only has he been instrumental in fostering dependable financial strategies and optimizing cash flow, but he also consistently upholds the highest standards of integrity. Kurt holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Science in Strategic Finance, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He brings a solid background of knowledge to our company and direction to our strategy.

Joy Neely

Chief Commercial Officer

Joy Neely is our Chief Commercial Officer with over twenty years of cross-functional commercial experience in healthcare. Joy has a proven track record of driving growth and innovation in various segments of the healthcare industry, such as pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, and patient support services. She holds a Health Administration degree from Truman State University and certifications as a Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt. She also completed a Genetics and Genomics Certificate at Stanford University. Additionally, Joy actively contributes to various boards, including AllazoHealth and Women & Hi Tech, showcasing her commitment to leadership and community engagement.

Nabil Badr

Chief Technology Officer

Nabil is our Chief Technology Officer and leads the overall technology-enabled service strategy, digital transformation initiatives, and product development efforts. Shortly after joining Medvantx, Nabil and his team launched a robust API platform in 2022. Nabil continuously innovates Medvantx's technology stack to enhance our end-to-end medication management for improving adherence and patient outcomes through the Medvantx Insights Platform. Additionally, Nabil has completed significant improvement in product feature delivery time by implementing best practices in Test-driven Development (TDD), agile product development, and technology simplification. Prior to joining Medvantx, Nabil held leadership positions in financial institutions (City National Bank, Chase, and Bank of America) and healthcare (Kaiser Permanente, Red Cross) - He led the development of a pharmacy management system for an international distribution agency and an integrated lab management system for the blood bank of the Red Cross, among others. Nabil completed a Doctor of Business Administration from the Grenoble Graduate School of Business and a master's degree in engineering from California State University. His interests include contributions in academia, in the field of Innovation Management, Healthcare IT, and Service Science.

Jennie Metenosky

Senior Vice President of Customer Experience

Jennie is our Senior Vice President of Customer Experience and leads the design and delivery of innovative and high-quality solutions for our clients and their patients. With over 20 years of experience in Patient Services, she has developed and implemented programs in various areas of patient access and support. She joined Medvantx in 2018 and restructured the Customer Experience team to provide better service and outcomes for clients. She is now the Senior Vice President, Customer Experience with Medvantx, where she continues to seek innovative solutions for premier customer experience. Before Medvantx, Jennie consulted on PAP platforms, Quality SOPs, and Direct-to-Patient mail order services. She also led Patient & Specialty Services at Novartis, overseeing eight branded patient programs in different therapeutic areas. She was previously the VP of Operational Account Management at inVentiv Patient Access Solutions, where she managed over 40 programs. She has a Master's degree in Social Work from Rutgers University and brings a wealth of knowledge to our team.

Nate Jarvis

Vice President of Pharmacy Operations

Nate is our Vice President of Pharmacy Operations and leads the Medvantx teams of Order Entry, Pharmacy, Production, and Supply Chain that cover the Louisville, KY and Sioux Falls, SD pharmacies. He joined Medvantx in 2020 as the Pharmacy Operations Manager of the Kentucky pharmacy and was promoted to his current role in 2021. He has nearly 15 years of experience in the pharmacy industry, with expertise in specialty pharmacy, mail order pharmacy, and retail pharmacy. Before joining Medvantx, he served as a Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacist-In-Charge with CVS for eight years. Nate holds both a PharmD and an MBA degree from Sullivan University and is a licensed pharmacist in 13 states.

Samira Saad, PharmD, MS

Please welcome Samira, our new Vice President of Medical Affairs. She will lead the development and execution of our clinical evidence generation strategy, ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and efficacy. Samira will also collaborate with key opinion leaders, payers, and regulatory agencies to demonstrate the value of Medvantx's solutions for patients and providers. Samira is our Vice President of Medical Affairs. She is joining us from Roche Diagnostics Corporation, where she made significant contributions to improving patient access to Roche's portfolio as a Medical Access Partner. She worked closely with payer and policy stakeholders, demonstrating the value of Roche diagnostic solutions, and developing an impactful medical access strategy. Samira received her Master of Science, Healthcare Management from Johns Hopkins University and furthered her education as a Doctor of Pharmacy at Wayne State University. She also has a strong clinical background, having practiced as a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist across multiple University of Michigan Health System sites, and served as an Adjunct Clinical Faculty at the University of Michigan College of Pharmacy. With expertise in Cardiovascular Medicine, Hematology/Oncology, and Pharmacotherapy, Samira brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team.

Ellie Jenkins

Ellie brings nearly 20 years of experience, 10 years directly in Human Resources from both public and private sectors. She has a passion for strategic business partnering and talent management. Most recently, Ellie served as Associate Director, HR at Currax Pharmaceuticals. Prior to that, she held various senior HR leadership roles at News Corp and Fresenius Medical Care. Her extensive experience spans global geographies and business scales, bringing a wealth of expertise to Medvantx. Ellie holds a Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Middle Tennessee State University. In her previous roles, Ellie has successfully led HR teams with multi-site responsibilities and across varied disciplines.
