Jennie has over 20 years of experience in leading and transforming Patient Services. Spending her career in the patient access space, she developed programs ranging from Patient Assistance and Coverage Support to Cash Pay programs and mail order Pharmacy Services. Since joining Medvantx in 2018, Jennie restructured the Customer Experience team, challenging the status quo to provide greater support for clients through process and strategic improvements. She has since advanced to Senior Vice President, Customer Experience with Medvantx, where she continues to support clients by seeking innovative solutions for premier customer experience. Prior to Medvantx, Jennie consulted with service providers designing Patient Assistance Program (PAP) platforms, led Quality SOP initiatives, and consulted on Direct-to-Patient mail order services. Jennie was also the Head of Operations for Patient & Specialty Services at Novartis, overseeing eight branded patient programs in Neurology, Dermatology, Cardiology, and Respiratory. Before that, she was the VP of Operational Account Management at inVentiv Patient Access Solutions. During her tenure there, Jennie focused on program design, process management, and client services for over 40 programs. From her early background in social work and commercial pharmaceutical support, she was one of the pioneers in the PAP space at The Franklin Group when these critical offerings were not well known. She graduated with honors from Rutgers University with a Master's degree in Social Work and lives in New Jersey with her husband, daughter, son, and rescue
