Tamara VanBriesen joined Medvantx in 2012 as a customer service agent in the call center. After being promoted to support services, she briefly left to work with dementia patients and Alzheimer's but returned to Medvantx in 2018, joining the order entry department. In her current role, Tamara trains partners and all administrators to work with new partners. In February 2019, she transitioned to the quality department, where she conducts training classes and oversees investigations, reportable events, and audits. As a quality supervisor for the past two years, Tamara manages a team responsible for reportable events and regulatory reports, call monitoring, OIG reports, and REMs reports. Her favorite part of working with Medvantx is interacting with clients and making a difference in patients' lives.
