Ellie Jenkins: This recognition is a testament to the comprehensive, high-quality benefits we offer at Medvantx. Mployer evaluates benefit plans across more than 25,000 employers within in our market segment and size using data from surveys, public filings, brokers, and claims processors. We were selected because our benefits not only meet but often exceed industry norms—especially in supporting employee health, well-being, and financial security.
Q: What are some of the standout benefits that helped Medvantx earn this award?
Ellie Jenkins: In addition to medical, dental, vision, and an array of voluntary benefts, all full Time employees receive short-term disability, long term disability, AD&D and life insurance coverage starting on day one. With nearly 20 years of experience—including a decade in Human Resources—Ellie Jenkins brings a wealth of expertise from both public and private sectors. Before joining Medvantx, she served as Associate Director of HR at Currax Pharmaceuticals and held senior HR roles at News Corp and Fresenius Medical Care. Ellie holds a Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Middle Tennessee State University. Her leadership has been instrumental in shaping a benefits strategy that aligns with Medvantx’s values and vision.
