Job Summary/Objective

The Associate Director, Finance is responsible for assisting the VP, Finance & Accounting, in a variety of financial and accounting facets with a high standard of quality, accuracy. Additionally, this person will possess a strong understanding of GAAP and able to work autonomously in a fast pace and evolving work environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and prepare monthly reporting packages for business segments and key customers/products

· Drive financial performance through analysis of financial results and key performance indicators (KPI’s)

· Assist VP, Finance in leading overall budgeting and forecasting for business segment financial performance, including insight around variance to budget and prior year, assessment of risks/opportunities, and recommended actions to optimize results

· Provide pricing recommendations in response to customer RFPs

· Support due diligence of potential future acquisitions as needed

· Develop financial models and evaluate business proposals, working closely with department management across the organization.

· Assist in ad hoc projects for the VP, Finance, VP, Strategy, Sr Director, Accounting, and CEO as needed.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team and take on new tasks with high level of difficulty.

· The individual will be expected to work with minimal up-front guidance and take ownership of his / her work product. The individual will work closely with all major functional leaders.

Qualifications

· 4 Year bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (or similar)

· 3-5+ years’ experience of corporate finance / FP&A

· Investment Banking / Private Equity / Consulting experience a plus

· Current working knowledge of GAAP

· Systems – strong Excel skills, knowledge of ERP systems

Pay Range

$100,000- 150,000 Per Year
