Job Summary/Objective

The Technical Project Analyst works with the technical product owner to gather, analyze and communicate requirements for onboarding new customers. The Technical Project Analyst assists the technical product owner in the duties in managing priorities and engaging with the customer care team to during the onboarding of new customers, identifying root causes of issues with reporting and data management and making sure the quality of the product or service are met. The Technical Project analyst partners with users, business teams, and technical teams to identify and considers both the business and the technical needs, ensuring that applications and solutions meet the technology requirements of the process owners and stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze requirements and produce documentation based on project requirements and client requests
  • Gather critical data and support the project team in project evaluation and monitoring.
  • Assemble a team of subject matter experts to address these issues in a decisive and effective manner.
  • Create project task lists using Jira and other tools, follow up on closing open issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain effective and timely project communications and work with the stakeholders to make sure the project objectives are in alignment with the project.
  • Escalate issues with vendors or internal teams
  • Work directly with our technical vendors, external partner’s technical teams, and internal or external operations teams, to outline requirements for development, bug fixes, performance enhancements and efficiencies
  • Manage priorities and engage with the customer care team in the onboarding of new customers
  • Identify root causes of issues with reporting and data management and seek assistance from colleagues to address the issues.
  • Make sure the quality of the product or service and the success are met
  • Maintain existing and develop new documentation for enterprise applications, external integrations, and systems including catalog of system settings across business-critical systems
  • Help define the requirements for systems and business interfaces with careful consideration of compliance and data management best practices.

  • Application expertise with core Microsoft products with a focus on O365 and the Windows10 Enterprise operating system
  • Familiarity with computer system validation
  • Familiarity with one or more SDLC methodologies and DevOps methodologies
  • Familiarity with Pharmacy Information System functions and workflow
  • Familiarity with MSSQL, Relational Databases and Windows Server architecture
  • Familiarity with document management and collaboration technologies

Qualifications

 

  • COVID-19 Vaccinations are required for all employees, whether working from the office or working from home.   • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems or business administration or equivalent.
  • Project Management certification a plus
